Our Four Stage Marketing Plan Process

Hire a professional photographer to take a series of High Dynamic Range (HDR) photos plus drone photos, if applicable, for maximum impact.

Hire a professional photographer to create a self-guided visual 3D walk-through for homes that could benefit from this type of presentation.

Write short, medium, and long property descriptions to work with various advertising media character limits. For especially feature-rich homes we hire a professional writer or utilize AI to assist in the property description.

Format the photos for the Northwest Multiple Listing Service, Social Media, and the Storybook presentation.

Create the Storybook presentation.

Depending on the home, we sometimes will also create a Dedicated Web Page.

We set up your home with all data, photos, and supplements in the Northwest Multiple Listing Service prior to the launch date. This gives us an early jump on getting the home in front of eager selling brokers and their clients.

We activate the public home presentation on the Northwest Multiple Listing Service in the morning of launch day, if possible. That strategy gets the home in front of eager brokers and their clients that are connected to the MLS through a search portal. The whole idea is to get a bunch of showings the first couple of days. This can spark a bidding war.

We display the home images, description, and specifications, the 3D tour, if applicable, and/or the Storybook on the Public Home Search Portals like Zillow, Trulia, REALTOR.com, etc.

We display the 3D Tour if applicable, and/or Storybook on the Facebook WEBREALTY Page.

Examples of Property Descriptions

For the first time in 37 years, this hidden gem in the popular South Bay neighborhood has come up for sale, and the clock is ticking! The current owners will choose an offer on May 30th. This immaculate three-bedroom bath and three-quarter home with a fully finished basement sits on nearly 1.5 acres of manicured lawns and towering trees, which provide natural privacy. Throw an epic family reunion or enjoy the quiet company of loved ones on the front porch or covered back patio. Enjoy plentiful fruit from the five apple, two cherry, and two pear trees; impress your guests with genuinely homemade fruit salad!

A spacious living room and dining area greet you upon entering, flanked by an impressive brick wall and cozy fireplace for those cool Northwest evenings. Since owning this special property, the owners have all but rebuilt the home and added numerous significant enhancements to the property. Some of the updates include new vinyl windows, electrical, plumbing, insulation, roofing, and siding. In addition, a new electric furnace fed by a five-ton heat pump has replaced the previous heating system. The bathrooms offer particular charm with built-in storage space, studio lighting, and glass-paned medicine cabinets.

Covered and uncovered parking is immense. You could store about seven vehicles under cover and another dozen on the drive-through driveway! Ready to hit the open road in an RV? The multipurpose 27’ x 24’ RV/maintenance shop with separate power and a ten by twelve-foot door provides covered storage and workspace. Outside RV hookups offer power, water, and a septic tank. Regardless of your destination, you’re just minutes from downtown Olympia, Lacey, the I-5 corridor, and pristine views of Puget Sound.
